Proper protection designed for MQB vehicles

The factory fuel tank layout offers no protection against impacts and road debris. The Aerocutt aluminium fuel tank undertray replaces it with a strong, lightweight 3mm aluminium barrier beneath the tank.

Designed for compatible Volkswagen MQB applications, it helps protect the oil pan and other vulnerable underbody components without removing the factory engineering qualities.

Designed for accurate, straightforward fitment

This one piece undertray has been 3D modelled in CAD, CNC laser-cut and folded to follow the vehicle’s underbody and replicate the factory engineered profiles. It installs using factory mounting locations, with no drilling or permanent vehicle modifications required.

All required installation fasteners are included.

Creates a solid aluminium barrier beneath the fuel tank + surrounding underbody components. Particularly valuable for lowered vehicles or those in rough-road environments, where reduced ground clearance leaves these areas more exposed.

Ventilation without sacrificing protection

Strategically positioned ventilation assists in lowering exhaust-underfloor temps while limiting the amount of dust & debris making it to the fuel tank from underneath.

Underbody airflow considered

The panel creates a cleaner underside and helps reduce unnecessary turbulence beneath the vehicle, supporting improved airflow and aerodynamic efficiency.
