Shipping Information

Aerocutt ships products throughout Australia and internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Product Availability

Some products are held in stock and may be dispatched shortly after purchase.

Other products may be manufactured, powder coated, or sourced specifically to fulfil customer orders. In these circumstances, processing times may extend to several weeks.

Where possible, customers will be notified if additional lead times are expected.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges applicable in their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, peak periods, or regional service interruptions.

Aerocutt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Any shipping labels
  • The damage sustained

Customers must retain the product and all original packaging materials until the shipping claim has been finalised. Disposal of the product or packaging may prevent a claim from being accepted by the carrier.

Where appropriate, Aerocutt may provide a replacement product while the claim is being processed.
